Shipping & Delivery Policy
We, M/s. SKIN PROJECT COSMETICS PRIVATE LIMITED, a private limited company, incorporated under the provisions of the Companies Act 2013, having its registered office at “17-1-382/V/1/54, Vyshali Nagar Post Office Street, Champapet Saidabad, Hyderabad, Telangana-500059 INDIA”, represented by its Directors, hereinafter referred to as the “Company” (where such expression shall, unless repugnant to the context thereof, be deemed to include its respective legal heirs, representatives, administrators, permitted successors and assigns).
The Company ensures steady commitment to Your usage of the Platform and its policies with regard to the Shipping and Delivery of your purchases through the Platform. This document contains information about the Shipping and Delivery that shall be followed by The Skin Project on its Platform “https://www.theskinproject.com”. (hereinafter referred to as “Platform”)
- Most of the orders placed through us are shipped within 2 business day of the order being placed if the product ordered is in stock and available at the Warehouse.
- Business days exclude Public Holidays and Sundays, wherein the warehouse will not be working.
- You will be notified through SMS and E-mail on the registered number and the E-mail Id you have provided within 24hours of placing your order.
- The Shipping charges are subject to estimation thus, actual shipping charges will be applied to the invoice according to the best method/best price, and the same will be informed to you prior to the shipping.
- Accepting requests for pickup or special delivery are at the discretion of third-party delivery partners.
- The order is considered to be completed once the item has been handed over by the Delivery Executive to you.
b. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY CHARGES
- We do not accept “cash on delivery” and hence all payment for the purchases made shall be made in full amount and it shall also include Shipping charges.
- The Company shall charge Rs. 50/- towards delivery and shipping charges if the purchases and invoices generated less than Rs. 999/-.
- All Invoice generated having a value more than Rs. 999/- the company shall waive off the delivery and shipment charges.
- Octroi is a local tax collected on various articles brought into a district.
- Cities such as Nagpur, Sangli, Dombivili, Nasik, Mumbai, Pimpri & Chinchwardi, Kothrud (Pune), Ahmednagar, Pune, Akola are Octroiable cities.
- Any applicable Octroi will be payable by the customer.
- You are required to pay Octroi to the courier company if requested by them in these cities.
- We are not responsible for any Octroi payments.
d. DELIVERY OF THE PRODUCT- ESTIMATED TIME OF DELIVERY AND MODE OF DELIVERY
- The approximate estimated time of delivery of your order is within 3 to 7 working days for orders within India. Any delay in delivery of your order shall be communicated through SMS and/or E-mail on your registered number.
- The Company shall not guarantee or provide assurance for timely delivery, however, it will take all the necessary steps to prevent delay, however, such delay as well shall be communicated in the best interest.
- We try to process all deliveries through our reputed courier companies partnering with us.
- In some cases where the pin code/zip code is not serviceable by these courier companies, we use Indian Speed Post or other delivery services for those deliveries.
- If there is no courier service available in your area, we will get in touch with you and try to work out a convenient alternate delivery location that is serviced by our courier partners.
- Estimated Delivery time depends on the following factors including but not limited to
- The seller’s availability of the product in stock
- The seller competent to manufacture the product
- The location of the delivery
e. PACKAGING OF THE ITEM
- All forms of the products listed on our website shall be packed well so that they are delivered to you undamaged during the transit. The Company shall take all necessary steps in protecting your package.
- In case a product delivered to you is found to be damaged during transit or if the product delivered to you is not packed in a manner as per the terms set above, it has to be brought to our notice within 24 hours after the receipt of the product.
f. ONLINE TRACKING
- All orders placed by the Customer on the Platform items are delivered through reputed courier partners of the Vendors who will provide us with a tracking ID for your order by which We can track your delivery on the respective websites of courier partners.
- We will email You the tracking number after we dispatch your order.
- All communication related to your order will be communicated with you after every stage of the process.
